NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, INSURANCE APPLICATION, INSURANCE POLICY PURCHASE, OR OTHER FINANCIAL OBLIGATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. MAKING A PURCHASE, APPLYING FOR INSURANCE, OBTAINING AN INSURANCE POLICY, OR OTHERWISE ENGAGING IN A COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION WITH THE SPONSOR WILL NOT INCREASE AN INDIVIDUAL'S CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Promotion is intended solely as a lawful sweepstakes designed to promote awareness of the Sponsor and its services. Eligible individuals may participate either by requesting insurance information through the Sponsor's quote request process or by utilizing the Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE") described in these Official Rules. All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, shall be accorded equal treatment and shall have an equal opportunity to win. The Sponsor expressly disclaims any intention to condition participation, eligibility, or chances of winning upon the purchase of any product or service.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, are at least thirty (30) years of age at the time of entry, continue to reside within the Commonwealth of Kentucky through the date of winner verification, and possess a valid Kentucky driver's license or other government-issued identification acceptable to the Sponsor for purposes of eligibility verification. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant's representation and warranty that all information submitted in connection with the Promotion is truthful, accurate, and complete.
The Promotion is not open to employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, representatives, or independent contractors of the Sponsor, nor to any immediate family member of such persons, including spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, whether biological, adoptive, step, or foster relations. Individuals residing in the same household as any such person, regardless of familial relationship, shall likewise be ineligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited, restricted, or otherwise regulated by law.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
Entries will be accepted beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of each calendar month and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the final day of that calendar month.
One drawing will occur each month.
The drawing will be conducted on the first Monday of the following month at approximately 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
4. ENTRY METHODS
A. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING.
During the applicable Promotion Period, an eligible individual may receive one (1) entry into the Promotion by completing the Sponsor's online quote request form and requesting information regarding life insurance products offered through Bluegrass Legacy Partners, LLC. The online form shall require the entrant to provide certain information reasonably necessary for the Sponsor to prepare insurance-related information or quotations, which may include the entrant's name, contact information, date of birth, ZIP code, marital status, homeowner status, policy interests, and any other information requested on the entry form. Submission of a quote request does not obligate an entrant to purchase any insurance product, nor does it create any obligation on the part of the Sponsor to issue coverage.
As an alternative method of entry ("AMOE"), an eligible individual may obtain one (1) entry by mailing a handwritten three-inch by five-inch (3" x 5") card containing the entrant's full name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth to Bluegrass Legacy Partners, LLC, 1749 Abbington Hill, Lexington, Kentucky 40514. AMOE entries must be postmarked no later than the final day of the applicable Promotion Period and received by the Sponsor within seven (7) calendar days thereafter. All eligible entries submitted through either method shall receive equal treatment and shall have an equal opportunity to win.
5. ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Limit one (1) entry per individual during any rolling three (3) month period, regardless of the method of entry utilized. Entries submitted through multiple email addresses, telephone numbers, identities, mailing addresses, devices, accounts, or other means intended to circumvent the stated limitation may be deemed invalid and disqualified in the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.
The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate and verify compliance with these Official Rules and may request additional information reasonably necessary to determine eligibility or detect fraudulent, deceptive, automated, or abusive entry practices. Any attempt to obtain more than the permitted number of entries may result in disqualification from the current Promotion and any future promotions administered by the Sponsor.
6. PRIZE
Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, one (1) prize shall be awarded during each applicable Promotion Period. The prize shall consist of one (1) Visa Gift Card with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law. No substitution of the prize shall be permitted except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.
The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any restrictions, limitations, expiration dates, fees, terms, or conditions imposed by the issuer of the Visa Gift Card. Upon delivery of the prize to the verified winner, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation with respect to the prize. If a selected winner fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements, declines the prize, cannot be contacted, fails to complete the verification process, or otherwise forfeits the prize pursuant to these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner or to decline to award the prize for the applicable Promotion Period. Any prize not awarded may, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, be added to a future promotion or retained by the Sponsor.
The total aggregate prize value awarded under this Promotion during any twelve (12) month period shall not exceed the amount determined by the Sponsor and disclosed through promotional materials and applicable records maintained by the Sponsor.
7. WINNER SELECTION
At the conclusion of each applicable Promotion Period, one (1) potential winner shall be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative from among all eligible entries timely received and verified during such Promotion Period. The drawing is expected to be conducted utilizing Random.org or a substantially equivalent randomization method designed to ensure fairness and impartiality in the selection process. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. All decisions of the Sponsor concerning the administration of the Promotion, interpretation of these Official Rules, determination of eligibility, and selection of potential winners shall be final, binding, and conclusive in all respects.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Following the random drawing, the Sponsor shall make commercially reasonable efforts to notify the potential winner using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Such notification may occur by telephone, electronic mail, United States mail, or any combination thereof. The potential winner must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days following the Sponsor's initial notification attempt. Failure to respond within the prescribed period, inability to establish contact with the potential winner despite reasonable efforts, refusal of the prize, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or failure to execute any required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate potential winner at the Sponsor's discretion.
9. WINNER VERIFICATION
Before receiving the prize, the potential winner must provide:
(a) Valid Kentucky driver's license;
(b) Signed Affidavit of Eligibility;
(c) Signed Liability Release;
(d) Any additional documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
Failure to complete verification may result in forfeiture.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by applicable law and subject to the winner's execution of any consent or authorization forms reasonably requested by the Sponsor, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's agreement that the Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial, city of residence, likeness, photograph, statements, testimonial content, and information relating to the awarding of the prize for advertising, marketing, publicity, promotional, and public relations purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world and in perpetuity, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval. Such use may include, without limitation, publication on the Sponsor's website, social media platforms, promotional materials, digital advertising campaigns, press releases, and other marketing communications.
11. PRIZE DELIVERY
Prize may be delivered:
• In person;
• By mail;
• By other commercially reasonable means determined by Sponsor.
12. TAXES
The winner shall be solely and exclusively responsible for any and all federal, state, local, municipal, or other taxes, assessments, duties, fees, reporting obligations, or governmental charges arising from or relating to the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or disposition of the prize. The Sponsor makes no representation regarding the tax consequences associated with participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize and encourages all participants to consult their own tax, legal, and financial advisors regarding their individual circumstances.
To the extent required by applicable law, the Sponsor reserves the right to collect taxpayer identification information and to issue any required tax forms, reports, disclosures, or filings to the winner and the appropriate governmental authorities. Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's acknowledgment and agreement that compliance with all tax obligations remains the sole responsibility of the winner.
13. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS
Information collected in connection with the Promotion shall be collected, maintained, processed, stored, and used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By submitting an entry, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor may use the information provided for purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting entrants regarding their entry, responding to requests for insurance-related information or quotations, and conducting other business activities reasonably related to the entrant's relationship with the Sponsor.
Entrants who submit information through the online quote request process further acknowledge that they are voluntarily requesting information regarding insurance products and services offered through Bluegrass Legacy Partners, LLC. Subject to applicable law and the consents provided by the entrant, the Sponsor and Bluegrass Legacy Partners, LLC may contact entrants by telephone, electronic mail, SMS text message, direct mail, or other lawful means regarding requested insurance information, quotations, policy options, and related services. Participation in the Promotion does not require the purchase of any insurance product and shall not obligate an entrant to purchase insurance coverage of any kind.
The Sponsor shall maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information; however, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By participating in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the transmission of information over the internet and other communication networks.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, terminate, or otherwise alter the Promotion, in whole or in part, if any fraud, technical malfunction, unauthorized intervention, computer virus, communication failure, legal requirement, force majeure event, or any other circumstance beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromises or is reasonably likely to compromise the integrity, security, fairness, proper administration, or intended operation of the Promotion.
The Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, violates these Official Rules, engages in fraudulent conduct, or acts in a manner deemed by the Sponsor to be disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the spirit and purpose of the Promotion.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Promotion, each entrant knowingly and voluntarily agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Bluegrass Legacy Partners, LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion, the submission of an entry, the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize, or any technical, human, administrative, printing, typographical, or operational errors associated with the Promotion. In no event shall the Sponsor be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Promotion.
16. GOVERNING LAW
The Promotion, these Official Rules, and all disputes, claims, controversies, and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to any conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from or relating to the Promotion shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located within the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and each entrant hereby irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant's agreement that any claims shall be resolved on an individual basis only and not as part of any class action, representative proceeding, consolidated action, or other similar proceeding.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants waive any right to recover punitive, incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or exemplary damages, and further waive any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Any recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with participation in the Promotion, excluding attorneys' fees and costs except where expressly required by applicable law.

The Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration of the Promotion, the collection and processing of entrant information, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements. Entrants acknowledge and agree that Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Platforms, Inc. bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any aspect of the Promotion.
